Happy Spring Day for yesterday everyone!
I kind of feel like Spring sprung in Cape Town about a month ago, and now we’re regressing into a bit of rainy, wintery weather for good measure, because, to be honest, we didn’t have much of a winter!
I’m not complaining though. Those warm winter days and off weekends mean we got to get out and enjoy the beautiful Cape in all it’s goodness.
We had a lovely weekend in the winelands a few weeks ago where I got to drink in some sunlight, and swan about in some new things from YDE.
I haven’t shopped in there in so long but I found some beautiful summery items like this white playsuit (jump suit? Cullotte suit?) from Maxi.B above which is so comfortable, and the lovely bare shouldered chambray top below from the brand Amber.
Perfectly casual items ready for a boozy lunch at Babylonstoren (I recommend the Chenin Blanc), or Tacos next door at Cosecha. Two of my favourite places!

I am heading to Ink & Gather tomorrow for a morning of drawing which i’m really looking forward to, and afterwards i’m really keen to check out the Vintage Experience!
